Terms of use

What this is

Solwezi Connect is a noticeboard run by Ginger Tec Solutions, Solwezi, Zambia. People post jobs, services, property, vehicles and businesses, and other people contact them. We connect you; we are not a party to what you agree.

What we do not do

• We do not guarantee that any listing, person, price, vehicle or property is what it says. Verification badges mean exactly what the safety page says and nothing more.
• We do not handle money between users. Nothing is paid through the app. Anyone asking you to pay Solwezi Connect or Ginger Tec for a listing, a deposit or a booking is not us.
• We do not employ the people who list here, and we are not an agent for any of them.

Your account

• One account per person, in your own name. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
• You must be 18 or older to post a job, a property or a vehicle.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks the community guidelines, and we will say why.

Your listings

• Post only what is true and what you have the right to offer. Listings expire after 60 days unless renewed.
• You keep ownership of your photos and words. By posting them you let us show them on the site and in share previews.
• We may hide or remove a listing that breaks the guidelines or the law.

Liability

To the extent Zambian law allows, Ginger Tec Solutions is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users. Use your judgement, read the safety page, and report anything wrong.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the date above changes. Zambian law applies.
