Refunds

Solwezi Connect does not take payments from users today. Posting, applying, messaging and listing are free, so there is nothing to refund.

If paid extras such as featured listings are introduced, this page will say how they are charged, when they can be cancelled, and how refunds work, before anyone is asked to pay.

Money you pay another user for a job, a service, a hire or a property is between you and them. We do not hold it and cannot refund it. Read the safety page before paying anyone.
